100% Riesling from the monopole Clos des Capucins vineyard. Brimming with peach and apricot fruit, but also delicate notes of mandarin orange, persimmon, jasmine and chamomile. What a stunning interplay of ripe fruit, vibrant acidity and intensely salty minerality. So much drive at the finish. Still very young! 93 points - James Suckling 13.1% alcohol and 0.8 g/l residual sugar
White grapefruit aromas greet you first, followed by lemongrass, green papayas, anise and flint stones. Mineral and driven, a little austere for now, with a medium body and tight, linear structure. Very precise. This has a long way to go. Drink or hold.
