Phil Bernstein General Manager Phil joined MacArthur Beverages in 2006. In 2018 he took over the role of General Manager. Phil handles the buying for Bordeaux, Rhone, Loire, Spain and Germany/Austria. When he’s not running MacBev Phil enjoys golf, fishing and being an amateur pitmaster. John Fitter Wine Consultant After a 17-year career growing grapes and making wine, John moved to the retail side of the business in 2008, managing a pair of wine shops in northern VA. He joined Addy Bassin's in 2010 as the buyer for our Australia/New Zealand, Alsace, and Greece departments, and has a particular affinity for what Hugh Johnson once termed the "oddball backwaters" of the wine world.
