Bassins.com does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21, and we make every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the recipient of alcoholic beverages from bassins.com is over the age of 21.

You affirm that you are legally able to use this Website and Services, and to form a binding contract, in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

You further recognize that laws may differ by country, state, or local jurisdiction, related to the shipping and consumption of alcoholic beverages, you accept responsibility that you are in compliance with all laws before making further use of these Services.

You accept and agree that the products or features available through this Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including Pricing and Shipping policies.

Fees and Charges

Payments for Products and Services are processed by our trusted third party payment processor, you will be required to provide certain data including your preferred payment method to our Payment Processor, and you will be required to accept the Terms and Conditions of their Services at that time. The payment account you create, shall incur fees for the provision of these services, which shall be charged at published rates, or according to policies found at our Service and Pricing page.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order for such products and services, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not obtain products or services from bassins.com.

Pre-Arrival and Futures items

By placing an order for any product labeled as "(PRE ARRIVAL)" or "(FUTURE)", you confirm your understanding that these items are not yet in stock and not available for immediate delivery.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not charges have been processed. If your payment account has been charged and your order is canceled you will receive a prompt refund.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested.

You also agree that any alcohol purchased from us is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.

Payment Terms and Sales Taxes

Terms of payment are as published. Payment must be received, by our designated payment processor, sufficient to fund your purchase of all Services or Products.

In processing payment through our third party payment processor, you affirm that (i) the payment information you supply shall be true, correct and complete; (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any, (iv) chargebacks shall not be initiated without first contacting bassins.com to rectify and issues regarding your transactions.

Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our then-current shipping policies available on the site.

Changes in Products and Pricing

We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of products and services, and we may discontinue products and services at any time without notice. To the extent that we provide information on availability of products or services, you should not rely on such information, and we will not be liable for any lack of availability of products or services that you may order through our site.

All pricing for the products and services available on our site is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

For violations, bassins.com may take other remedial action, but is not obligated to do so. If you feel another User has violated the User code of conduct please report this to bassins.com immediately. On all other matters, Bassins.com shall not act as the arbitrator of commercial disputes between users.
