This cuvée produced from old Syrah grape vines is the symbolic cuvée of the domain. The wine matures for 18 months in 500-litre oak barrels and embodies complex aromas of dark fruits, pepper and liquorice, unveiling a powerful, full-bodied wine.
This mouthwatering ros? Champagne shows textural density, sitting like raw silk on the palate and offering flavors of dried white cherry, grapefruit granita and ground ginger, with a light and lingering toast note
Cherry candy and floral notes are backed by chalky tannins and sweet spices in this supple red. Slightly sinewy and fresh on the finish. Drink now through 2028. 2,000 cases made, 600 cases imported.
TASTING NOTES Pretty purple colour with shiny reflections. The nose reveals a seductive bouquet of red fruit and spices. Full of delicacy, the palate is full of freshness and well balanced, with aromas of cherries and very soft tannins, giving this wine great drinkability. AGING Each grape variety is harvested and vinified separately in order to respect the maturity of each varietal. The harvest date is determined by analysis and tasting the berries.
