Without question one of the greatest sotols we have ever tasted. The ability to be this complex and ethereal at the same time lifts this special spirit to the level of masterpiece. A very rare pechuga style sotol fortified with seasonal heirlooms fruits, botanicals and venison with a base of naturally open air fermeneted desert plants all aged a minimum of 18-22 years and harvested in the wild. The profile is driven more by dense notes of wildflower honey, citrus and sweet herbs than anything gamey. Highly recommended. Very limited.
