VINEYARD: Sourced from various Barolo vineyards on the estate.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are picked early to maintain freshness, and are pressed lightly to obtain a pale pink color. Fermented as white wine (80% stainless & 20% used barriques) and bottled for the second fermentation in March following the vintage.
