Hailing from the Piedmontese Alps, Chiot amaro carries all the refreshingly bracing qualities of the mountains. Ingredients are macerated individually, imparting the ideal amount of extraction from each. Mint and genepy bring cooling qualities, while red licorice, yarrow, and black currant bring balancing sweetness.
