The 2021 vintage marks the 23rd vintage for Sean. I had the opportunity to taste this in Napa in September and was very impressed with this latest vintage. The fruit was again sourced from the Pocai Vineyard, which is adjacent to the famous Three Palms Vineyard in Calistoga. This vintage is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a full-bodied, rich wine with beautiful floral notes, a rich velvety mid palate with lush blueberry, raspberry fruit and notes of mocha and spice.
