A co-fermented blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Auxerrois from the Grand Cru Furstentum vineyard. Exciting interplay of smoky and stone-fruit aromas on the nose and the generous but lively palate. Starts quite gently, but expands and expands as it moves across the palate, gaining in weight, structure and depth until you are far into the deep end! Excellent aging potential.
