Les Rouliers is the last born of Henri Bonneau's wines. The few rows of vines that make up Les Rouliers are found in the Gard region around a little Grenache and Cinsault. This latest Rouliers draw is quite simply edifying with its aromatic accuracy and presence on the palate. A word of advice, serve blind during your tastings, it will easily compete with the best Châteauneuf-du-Pape.Do not be fooled by the reputation of table wines, the "Les Rouliers" cuvée is simply a wine that does not fit into the nails of an appellation. And that's good, because it suits him perfectly.

Lastly, the tiny production 2020 Cornas Les Vieilles Fontaines comes from 80-year-old vines on granite soil. It's a more primordial effort, offering layers of black and blue fruits, rose petals, candied violets, bloody meat, and bouquet garni. Uber-rich, ...
