Chablis is an isolated island of vineyards in the northern section of viticultural Burgundy. Maison Louis Latour's Chablis "La Chanfleure" is the ultimate expression of what the Chardonnay grape is capable of on the region's famous kimmeridgian limestone slopes. -winery notes
