Very vivacious and nicely delineated. The palate is well-defined with good weight, not complex perhaps, though there is satisfying density towards the finish with veins of shaved almonds and stem ginger, the latter lingering on the aftertaste. Excellent.

Clear pale lemon and lime, quite a complex bouquet with the white fruit rising up through the light citrus notes. Excellent concentration behind as the finish fattens out somewhat. Very promising.
