On the nose, aromas of white peach and ripe honeydew melon, are intertwined with notes of delicate orange blossom and lightly caramelized crème brûlée. Subtle hints of mint leaf and wet stone can also be found lingering in the background. On the palate, racy flavors of green apple, grapefruit and lime zest awaken the taste buds. As the wine opens up, subtle flavors of lemongrass and honeycomb combine with brioche, as the sur lie ageing becomes evident. In its youth, the bright acid and exotic nose shine through, but with time more complex flavors and aromas will develop making for a truly memorable wine.
