The palate is very well-balanced with crisp acidity, fine-boned tannin and a lovely piquancy on the finish. Utterly delightful and almost too delicious to cellar. Only 125 cases made.
Seriously concentrated, thick and energetic, with the black cherry flavor showing an element of tarry reserve in the early going. Finishes clean, sweet and very long, with substantial ripe tannins. Very good stuffing here--and no lack of definition.
