Notes of cassis, elderflower, iris and dark wild berries introduce the 2022 Les Silex de Cabrières, a medium to full-bodied, dense and structured Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a fleshy core of fruit and a long, rich and muscular finish. This is a blend of 80% Grenache Noir and 20% Syrah, matured for 12 months in concrete tanks.
