The 2021 Chianti Classico Riserva is another strong wine from Pagliarese. Dark-toned fruit, leather and tobacco take center stage, while floral top notes and ripe, sweet tannins complement a core of Sangiovese fruit. Dollops of Canaiolo and Mammolo round out the blend. This is a terrific showing.
