The 2023 Saint-Véran comes from around 30 parcels around the village. It has a light, slightly chalky nose with hints of apricot blossom developing in the glass. The palate is quite rounded with that apricot theme continuing, hints of white peach and lemongrass towards the honeyed finish. Fine.
