From Les Pargues, Les Cartes and Chapelot-Bas, the 2023 Chablis Grands Terroirs has a refreshing, quite minerally bouquet with hints of potpourri behind the citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry, and tightening in the middle. A steely, bitter lemon nish. Drink over 3-4 years.
