The 2022 Aventura Branco comes from one 45-year-old vineyard, the youngest she works with, in Castelo de Vide and planted with a mix of varieties: Arinto (that gives acidity), Roupeiro, Alicante Branco, Fernão Pires (more aromatic), Antão Vaz, even some Moscatel, etc., on sandy soils from granite origin and surrounded by forest at 700 meters in altitude. Most of the vineyards she uses were mainly used by the owners in the past to produce their own home wine. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in stainless steel for one year. It's quite perfumed (the Fernão Pires?), floral and peachy, with moderate ripeness and 12.4% alcohol, a pH of 3.36 and 5.6 grams of acidity. It’s velvety and has a dry sensation in the finish. These are always the first grapes to be picked in late August or early September. 6,350 bottles were filled in September 2023.
