The 2021 Peter Barlow is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and boasts an impressive nose with layers of fruit, spices, oak and flowers, showcasing complexity and finesse. This wine is medium to full-bodied, with fresh and balanced characteristics and a firm structure that promises graceful aging for over a decade. It concludes with a lingering and tannic finish. The wine aged in French barrels, with two-thirds of them being new, for 20 months. 10,700 bottles were produced.
