Matured for 20 months in 50% new French oak, the 2021 Pinot Noir Rice-Spivak Vineyard has savory aromas of cranberry sauce, prosciutto, burnt orange peel, aniseed and woodsmoke. The light-bodied palate is elegant yet concentrated, offering broody berry flavors. It has a lacy frame of tannins, bright acidity and a long, spicy finish. 50 cases were made.
