The 2021 Bianco Latimis is exotic and tropical in the glass, with spiced peach and nectarine offset by minty herbs. There's a lovely energy within, sapid and perfumed yet full of life, as saline minerals mingle with ripe pit fruits. A salty flourish if left to linger along with dashes of lime as this finish with outstanding length. Latimis is a blend of 50% Pinot Bianco, 25% Riesling and 25% Traminer.
