Sweet, weighty and gently chewy in texture, the juicy raspberry, cherry, spicecake and lavender pastille flavors firm up steadily through the mid-palate. It clings with very good authority on the gently tannic finish and leaves succulent floral and herb notes behind. All whole clusters and no oak.
