A blend of about half Cabernet Sauvignon with a quarter Merlot and splashes of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, the 2021 Nebukadnesar is big, bold and juicy in the glass. It's bursting with aromas of oak and baking spices. Elegant floral notes, turned earth, graphite and seductive notions of dark red and black fruit tones waft from the glass. Full-bodied, generously layered and complex, it’s a big boy that will need some time to find its cadence and will benefit from another two years in the bottle. With fine-grained tannins and an intensely long finish, this vintage should age beautifully. If you give it the time, your patience will be rewarded. Just over 33,000 bottles were produced. Nicely done, I want more!
