The 2022 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru sees more barrels than Servin's other Grand Crus. The palate is beautifully balanced with a seductive, slightly honeyed texture and traces of orange pith, quince and allspice. It really fans out towards the lingering finish. Superb !
