Bottled in February 2024, the 2023 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc unwinds with ripe pear, quince, spring blossom, lemon esh and fennel. Mediumbodied at most, the refreshing 2023 hits the palate with lively acidity, which can partially be traced back to blocked malolactic conversion. This is a lovely white Châteauneuf-du-Pape with modest 13.74% alcohol.
