The 2022 Grüner Veltliner Ried Steinsetz is from an unusual site in Gobelsburg that is dominated by Danubian alluvium. The nose holds sunny, friendly stone fruit, but the palate comes in with a spray of white pepper on a super-fresh frame. This is taut and slender with just a little savoriness around the edges. The finish is subtle, quiet and bone-dry. (Bone-dry)
