The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Hirondelle captures all of energy of this Stags Leap site. Crème de cassis, graphite, dried herbs, lavender and a kick of new French oak are all beautifully delineated. Vibrant and full of energy, the 2018 should age effortlessly in the cellar for many years to come. It's an impressive wine, that much is evident. I would give the 2018 a few years in the cellar to open.
