The 2019 Urziger Wurzgarten Riesling Spatlese is precise yet still reductive on the clear, pure and spicy-elegant nose. Intense and juicy on the palate, this is a sweet yet piquant and crystalline, very elegant and persistent Wurzgarten Spatlese with remarkable grip, finesse and tension. It is very stimulating and has lots of vegetal and herbal notes on the aftertaste. Tasted at the domain in September 2020.
