The beautiful 2018 Etna Bianco by Alberto Graci has plenty of citrus and stone fruit, all followed by that glossy aroma of natural rubber that I adore in a white wine. Of course, the mineral delivery is also there, front and center. Graci's interpretation offers more in terms of mouthfeel and texture than most of his peers. This opens the wine to a pairing with grilled fish or even crab cakes. This Etna Bianco exhibits endnotes of white peach, honey and aniseed.
