The Lamy family has been making wine in St. Aubin since 1640. Today one would be hard pressed to find a better white wine maker in all of Burgundy than Olivier Lamy, the son of Hubert. Their wines from St. Aubin rival some of the best from Puligny and Chassagne Montrachet. The 2018 Saint Aubin 'La Princ?e' is a beautiful white Burgundy with great balance and precision.
