The 2018 Malbec Serie A was produced in a transparent way, trying to express the varietal character of the grapes from the Valle de Uco. It has an herbal twist with a wild and spicy side, full of character and with very good freshness. 2018 was a return to a classically dry year with homogeneous ripeness. This is a wine with energy, brightness and freshness, with only 20% of the wine matured in used barriques?for logistical reasons more than trying to mark the wine with oak. So, it's fruit driven and pure, supple, medium-bodied with less volume than your average Malbec
