Impeccably balanced, this is ripe and round. If the tannins are ripe too, there is still plenty of support for the fruit here. The fruit is delicious, but dry, fresh and lifted all the time. It's so impeccably refined that you can drink it right now, but it will certainly age well. This may be the best wine M.O.B. has made so far, something with a very Burgundian feel to it.
