The 2017 Pinot Noir Thorn Ridge has a medium ruby color and broody scents of violets, crushed black cherries and boysenberries with nuances of lavender and blood orange. The palate is gorgeous, medium-bodied and silky with expansive flavors, finishing very long and fresh. What a lovely packaging of intense, layered fruit in a featherweight frame! 100 cases were made.
