The 2019 Meursault Les Genevri?res 1er Cru has a well-defined bouquet displaying more terroir expression than the Meursault Charmes, hazelnut and lychee permeating the citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, smooth and harmonious, leading to a very persuasive, intense nutty/spicy finish. This is a lovely Meursault that should age with style. Excellent.
